Fill it, hand it over, roll it away
There is no assembly, no app and no charging cable. The whole routine takes about a minute at either end of your dog's meal.
Scatter the meal
Tip their normal portion of dry kibble or small treats over the strips and work it down between the folds with your fingers.
Add a slow lick
Spread a thin layer of a dog-safe favourite across the textured pad. That gives a second, calmer activity once the searching is finished.
Rinse, roll, repeat
Shake it out and wipe it down after light use, or put it through the machine when it needs more. Dry it fully, then buckle it closed.

What if my dog just ignores it?
That is the most common worry, and the fix is usually presentation. Start with the easy spiral pockets rather than the dense middle, use a treat with a stronger smell than dry kibble, and let your dog watch you hide the food the first few times. Most dogs work it out within two or three sessions. If it genuinely never clicks, an unused mat can be returned within 30 days.
Will my dog destroy it?
It is a fabric mat, not a chew toy, so a determined shredder will get through it — that is true of every snuffle mat on the market. It is designed for dogs who nose and lick at food, used with someone in the room. If your dog treats soft toys as things to dismantle, this is not the right product for them, and we would rather say so before you buy.
What is it actually made of?
The top is a soft fleece-style fabric with knotted felt strips, the lick zone is a moulded textured panel, and the underside is a textured non-slip backing. We do not yet hold a certified fibre-content breakdown from the manufacturer, and we are not going to invent one — if you need the exact composition before ordering, email us and we will request it and pass on whatever they send.
What can I put on the mat?
Dry kibble or small treats in the fabric pockets, and a thin layer of a dog-safe spread your dog already tolerates on the textured section. Adjust the serving so the mat replaces part of the normal meal rather than adding an extra one.
How big is it, really?
Unrolled it measures about 64 × 32 cm (25 × 12.6 in) — roughly a large serving tray. Rolled and buckled it comes down to about 30 × 13 cm (12 × 5 in), and the textured lick zone is about 16 × 12 cm (6 × 5 in). It weighs around 290 g.
Is it big enough for a large dog?
The mat is one size. A golden retriever or labrador can use it comfortably — the photographs on this page are a dog of roughly that size — but a very large breed will clear it faster simply because their nose covers more ground per pass. For a big dog, use the lick pad as the second half of the activity rather than treating the strips as the whole meal.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it clean after light use. For a deeper clean the manufacturer states that the mat can be hand washed or machine washed. Remove food residue first and let it dry completely before rolling or storing it.
Where does it ship from, and how fast?
The current variant is connected to verified U.S. warehouse inventory, so it ships domestically rather than from overseas. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days, although carrier delays can occasionally extend that window.
What is the return policy?
Unused products can be returned within 30 days under our return policy. Used pet-feeding products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged or incorrect deliveries should be reported within seven days and we will replace or refund them.
Why are there no customer ratings?
This is a new product launch. We would rather begin honestly than copy supplier comments or fabricate five-star reviews. Verified feedback will be added once genuine orders have been fulfilled.
