Where we ship

We currently ship Snoot & Seek orders to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free.

Estimated delivery

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.

Address changes

Contact us as quickly as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, or if an item arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and clear photos where applicable so we can investigate and offer the appropriate replacement or refund.
