30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Pet-product hygiene

Used enrichment mats cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons because of hygiene and animal-safety concerns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return cost when a return is required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.

Start a return

Reply to your order-confirmation email with the order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
